I am fourteen and fifteen in a month. I'm ready to grow, as I had my growth spurt and weighs about 175 pounds. I am six feet tall. I go to the gym twice a week, but usually only cardio. Should I lift weights and orders? What type of strength training I do?

Yes, weight training, that's good for you. They are funny, maybe I should talk to a first coaches, so they say what you learn, not hurt or have something. But personally, I suggest you start with dumbbells or bars. But check first with someone you the material.
